Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and demand. Typical delivery windows:

  • United States: 6–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • Other Countries: 8–20 business days

Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or carrier-related issues.

Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@kitchenviola.com.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your tracking shows issues such as delays, return-to-sender, or no movement, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you need further help.

If a package shows delivered but you did not receive it, check with:

  • Neighbors

  • Household members

  • Your local post office

Kitchen Viola is not responsible for stolen packages.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple products may ship separately at no extra cost.
